Introduction and Re-Introduction of New Employees: Lori Taylor, Richard Ash,
and Linda Smith

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Two new members of City Staff will be introduced: Lori Taylor, Economic Development
Director/Public Information Officer, City Manager’s Office, and Richard Ash, Information
Systems Technician I, Administrative Services Department. Linda Smith will be re-introduced
as the City’s new Assistant City Manager.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None.
RECOMMENDATION:
Welcome City of Dublin Staff members.

DESCRIPTION:
New City of Dublin Staff members Lori Taylor, Economic Development Director/Public
Information Officer, and Richard Ash, Information Systems Technician I, will be introduced to the
City Council. Additionally, Linda Smith will be re-introduced as the City’s new Assistant City
