EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City Council will recognize Quarry Lane sixth grader, Rhea Mitr, for her third place victory in
the 2014 National Geographic California State Bee.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council present the certificate of recognition.
