Acceptance of Charitable Donation from Anthony, Angie and Lauren Bilich

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Dublin Police Services’ Crime Prevention Unit was given a generous $1,000 donation from the
Bilich family to purchase a 6-foot by 10-foot trailer. The Dublin City Council will present the Bilich
family with a Certificate of Appreciation for their donation.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The funds received from the Bilich family will be added to the current budget and will be
expended in the current fiscal year.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council accept the $1,000 donation and recognize the donor.

DESCRIPTION:
On Tuesday, December 24, 2013, the Bilich family delivered a check to Dublin Police Services
in the amount of $1,000 as a donation to assist with purchasing a 6-foot by 10-foot trailer to be
used in transporting equipment for drug education, bicycle rodeos and other community events.
