FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None at this time
DESCRIPTION The property owners within Tract 5511 (The Villages @
• Alamo Creek) , Rafanelli & Nahas and Ahmanson Developments, , have submitted a
petition requesting an consenting to the formation of a Landscaping and
Lighting Assessment District for purposes of maintaining certain
improvements within the Tract.
Staff noticed this public hearing in anticipation that the details to be
included, in the Engineer's Report would be complete. As of this date, the
Engineer' s Report is not complete and therefore, Staff would recommend that
the City Council continue this public hearing to its meeting of November 24,
1986. .
