beginning at 1:00 p.m.
The City Council participated in a field trip and visited 3 local apartment complexes
managed by Legacy Partners, the proposed property management firm for Fairway
Ranch. The purpose was to visit older apartment complexes managed by Legacy
Partners and to evaluate the quality of the management and maintenance.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmembers McCormick, Sbranti, Zika and Mayor Lockhart.
ABSENT: Councilmember Oravetz.
