AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE REZONING
OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
DUBLIN BOULEVARD AND DOUGHERTY ROAD
(APNS: 941-550-52 through 60, 941-550-10-18 and 12-9)
The City Council of the City of Dublin does ordain as follows:
Section 1
Chapter 2 of Title 8 of the Dublin Ordinance Code is hereby amended in the following
manner:
Approximately 7.5 acres generally located on the east side of Dougherty Road and on the
north side of Dublin Boulevard, more specifically described as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 941-
550-52 through 60, 941-550-10-18 and 12-9, are hereby rezoned from a Planned Development
(PD) District permitting uses from the C-2, General Commercial District and PA 93-052 BJ
Dublin Commercial, to a Planned Development (PD) District, permitting uses from the C-2,
General Commercial District and PA 96-050 BJ Dublin Commemial, as shown on Exhibit 1
(project plans), Exhibit 2 (Negative Declaration Resolution), Exhibit 3 (Findings and General
Provisions Resolution), and Exhibit 4 (Tentative Parcel Map Resolution), exhibits to the City
Council StaffReport dated March 4, 1997, on file with the City of Dublin Department of
Community. Development, and hereby adopted as the regulations for the future use, improvemem,
and maintenance of the property within this District.

Section 2
This ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
Before the expiration of fitteen (I 5) days atter its passage, it shall be published once, with the
names of the Councilmembers voting for and against same, in a local newspaper published in
Alameda County and available in the City of Dublin.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Dublin, on this 18th day
of March, 1997, by the following votes:

Councilmembers Barnes, Burton, Howard, Lockhart and Mayor Houston
