CALL TO ORDER
The May 30, 2012 meeting of the Youth Advisory Committee was called to order at 7:1a p.m. by Vice -
Chairperson Sung.

ADVISORY COMMITTEE VOTED 'I'O APPROVE THE MINUTES OF APRIL 25, 2012 AS
PRESENTED.

Staff provided pizza, salad and drinks for Committee Members to enjoy. Members also listened to music
while enjoying the food. Committee Members and staff participated in shot•t game of dodge ball. The
activities were provided by Staff to express appreciation to Committee Members for their hard work the
past year serving on the Committee.
UTHER BUSINESS
Staff Member Siu will schedule a meeting in June with the subcommritee members responsible for
creating the end of year power paint presentation showing the 2011-2012 YAC accomplishments. "1'he
presentation will be shown at a Packs and Community Services Commission and City Council meeting.
Date to be determined.
ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m. by Vice-Chairperson Sung.
