The current Garrison Commander of Camp Parks, Lt. Col. Michael Friend, will be introducing
incoming Garrison Commander Lt. Col. David James.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council welcome the incoming Camp Parks Garrison
Commander, Lt. Col. David James, to the City.
