In an effort to maximize the small amount of storage space available in existing City offices, Staff has researched the retention requirements related to certain records. In accordance with Government Code Section 34090, the City may destroy certain records after 2 years. The City Attorney's Office has reviewed the list of those records to be destroyed and is in concurrence with same.
