locations of City Ordinances

FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION . State Law requires that a city, upon incorporation,
establish 3 locations for posting of ordinances. On February 1, 1982, the
City Council adopted a resolution designating the 3 locations as:
1) Office of the City Clerk, 6500 Dublin Boulevard
2) Dublin Library, 7606 Amador Valley Boulevard
3) Office of the Dublin San Ramon Services District, 7051 Dublin Boulevard
Staff has determined that changing the third location from the Dublin San
Ramon Services District Office to the Shannon Community Center would better
serve the public.
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the Resolution Amending
Resolution No. 6-82 and change the locations for posting of City Ordinances
to:
1) Office of the City Clerk, 6500 Dublin Boulevard
2) Dublin Library, 7606 Amador Valley Boulevard
3) Shannon Community Center, 11600 Shannon Avenue

AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 6-82
PUSTING OF CITY ORDINANCES
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 36933 requires that all
ordinances be published or posted in at.least three.public places
within the City of Dublin; and ----
WHEREAS, the City desires to change the location of one
of the postings from the offices of the Dublin San Ramon Services
District to the Shannon Community Center; and
WHEREAS, ordinances shall be posted at the following
locations: ~
1) At the office of the City Clerk, 6500 Dublin
Boulevard
2) At the Dublin Library, 7606 Amador Valley Boulevard
3) At Shannon Community Center, 11600 Shannon Avenue
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Dublin does hereby amend the posting location
schedule.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October,
1986. ~

A RESOLUTION 0~ THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
POSTING OF ORDINANCES
Section 1. All ordinances required by law to be published or
posted shall be posted in at least three public places within the City
of Dublin in accordance with Section 36933 of the Government Code.
Section 2. The ordinances shall be posted at the following
locations:
a. At the office of the City Clerk, 6500 Dublin Blvd., Suite 218.
b. At the Dublin Library, 7606 Amador Valley Blvd.
c. At the office of the Dublin San Ramon Services District,
7051 Dublin Blvd.
ADOPTED AND APPROUED this lst day of February, 1982, by the
following vote.
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Burton, Hegarty, Jeffery, Moffatt, and Mayor Snyder
NOES: None
