A special meeting of the Dublin City Council was held on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, in the
City Council Chambers of the Dublin Civic Center. The meeting was called to order at 7:13:46
PM, by Mayor Sbranti.

PRESENT: Councilmembers Biddle, Hart, Hildenbrand, Swalwell, and Mayor Sbranti
ABSENT:

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited by the City Council, Staff and those present.

1. City Council Subcommittee Assignment for
Communitv Development Block Grant arid Communitv Support Grant (100-30)
Mayor Sbranti advised that on December 7, 2010, Councilmember Biddle was appointed
to the Community Development Block Grant and Community Support Grant
Subcommittee, along with Councilmember Swalwell. Councilmember Biddle had chosen
to resign from his position on the Subcommittee. The City Council would confirm the
Mayor's appointment to the Community Development Block Grant and Community Support
Grant Subcommittee to fill the vacancy created by Councilmember Biddle's resignation.
On motion of Mayor Sbranti, seconded by Vm. Hart and by unanimous vote, the City
Council appointed Cm. Hildenbrand to the Community Development Block Grant and
Community Support Grant Subcommittee.
