RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING ALAMEDA COUNTY URBAN COUNTY
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM
WHEREAS, on September 27, 1982, the City Council heard a pre-
sentation by City Staff and County Staff regarding the Alameda County
Urban County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved of an agreement to participate
in the program; and
WHEREAS, it has come to the City's attention that a resolution is
necessary to implement the City's participation in the program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED, by the City of Dublin, a municipal
corporation, as follows:
Section 1: That the City approves of the agreement to participate
in the Alameda County Urban County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Program.
Section 2: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Dublin on
this 13th day of December, 1982.
