RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE
CITY OF DUBLIN
AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT WITH
THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS ON HOPYARD/DOUGHERTY ROAD AT I-580 WESTBOUND OFF-RAMP
WHEREAS, the Cities of Dublin and Pleasanton recognize the need
for a coordinated effort in solving traffic circulation problems between
each City in the vicinity of Hopyard/Dougherty Road and 1-580; and
WHEREAS, both Cities have reached an agreement for the
construction, operation and maintenance of certain roadway improvements
and traffic signals at the Hopyard/Dougherty Road at 1-580 westbound off-
ramp; and
WHEREAS, said agreement is attached and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Dublin City Council
hereby authorizes its Mayor to execute said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of December, 1982.
