A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1982-83
WHEREAS, the Dublin City Council is desirous of establishing an annual
budget and financial plan for fiscal year 1982-83; and
WHEREAS, the Dublin City Council has reviewed and considered budget
documents and has received input from the community
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Dublin City Council does hereby find,
determine, declare and resolve as follows:
1. The Dublin Council does hereby adopt the 1982-83 budget for the
City of Dublin, such budget is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to make expenditures in accord-
ance with the budget as adopted, with the exception of those expenditures
which require prior City Council approval in accordance with the Ordinances
and Rules and Regulations of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of June 1982, by the following
vote:
AYES: Cm. Burton, Jeffery, Moffatt and Mayor pro-tempore Hegarty.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Snyder
