RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL
ACCEPTING SUBORDINATION OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Dublin San Ramon Services District on July 15, 1982 by
an instrument, a copy of which is attached hereto, as Exhibit A, subor-
dinated to the City of Dublin all rights and interest in and to an
easement; and
WHEREAS, said subordination is not effective until accepted by
the City of Dublin; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Dublin to
accept said subordination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Dublin, a municipal
corporation, that said subordination is accepted.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, this l3th day of SeptemberJ982, by
the following vote:
AYES: Cm. Burton, Hegarty, Jeffery, Moffatt and Mayor Snyder.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF DUBLIN
All that certain ~rcel of land situate' in 'the County of Alameda, State
of California, described as follows:
A portion of the parcel of land described in the instrument to Dublin
San Ramon Services District recorded July 28, 1981 under Recorders Series
No. 81-126559, Alameda County Records, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at an angle point in the northwesterly boundary line of that
certain map entitled "Tract No. 3733" recorded August 16, 1977 in Book 96 of
maps at Pages 52-60, Alameda County Records, said angle point being the
northernmost corner of Lot 19 in Block "B" as shown upon said map;
thence, North 34° 44' 20" West, 10.54 feet;
thence, North 73° 45' 24" East, 5.02 feet;
thence, northerly along the arc of a non-tangent curve, concave to the
east, the radius point of which bears North 58° 15' 41" East, having a radius
of 295.00 feet, a central angle of 30° 37' 58", and an arc length of 157.72
feet,.to a p~nt of compound.~u~ve;
thence, northerly on the arc of a compound curve concave to the East,
having a radius of 560.00 feet, a central angle of 41° 15' 17", and an arc
length of 403.22 feet;
thence, North 40° 08' 57" East, 356.95 feet;
thence., northeasterly on the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius
of 560.00 feet, a central angle of 4° 31' 09", and an arc length of 44.17
feet, to a point on the southwesterly line of Vomac Road which bears South
54° 22' 12" East, 10.00 feet, from the southernmost corner of Lot 10, Block
"D", as said Lot & Block are shown on that certain map of "Tract No. 4668",
filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Alameda on April 23, 1981, in Book 126 of Maps at Pages 88-93;
thence, along said southwesterly line of Vomac Road, South 54° 22' 12"
East, 10.00 feet;
thence, leaving said southwesterly li~-e~'--S~ut'hwesterly on the arc of a
non-tangent curve, concave to the northwest, the radius point of which bears
North 54° 22' 12" West, having a radius of 570.00 feet, a central angle of
4° 31' 09", and an arc length of 44.96 feet;
thence, South 40° 08' 57" West, 356.95 feet;

thence, southwesterly and southerly on the arc of a curve to the left,
having a radius of 550.00 feet, a central angle of 41° 15' 17",and an arc
length of 396.02 feet, to a point of compound curve;
thence, southeasterly on the arc of a compound curve, concave to the
northeast, having a radius of 285.00 feet, a central angle of 30° 08' 52",
and an arc length of 149.96 feet, a radial at said last mentioned point bears
South 58° 44' 48" West;
thence, North 73° 45' 24" East, 25.60 feet;
thence, South 16° 14' 36" East, 15.00 feet to the northeasterly production
of the aforementioned northwesterly boundary line of Tract 3733.
thence, along said northwesterly line produced South 73° 45' 24" West,
36.28 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 0.231 acres, more or less.
