A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPOINTING THE CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin was incorporated on February l, 1982,
as a general law City of the State of California, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a City Clerk be appointed due to
the resignation of Dorothy Hock, the current City Clerk,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager, Richard C.
Ambrose be appointed to serve as City Clerk effective August 2, 1982,
without compensation, until a successor is appointed.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th day of July, 1982, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burton, Hegarty, Moffatt and Mayor Snyder
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Jeffery
