A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
DESIGNATING THE COUNTY SURVEYOR AS CITY ENGINEER
FOR THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, on July l, 1982, the City of Dublin will be Without the services of
a City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin has entered into an agreement with the County
of Alameda for the examination of tract maps and parcel maps on an interim
basis, and
WHEREAS, the County Surveyor will perform certain functions related to sub-
division review for the City of Dublin, and
WHEREAS, in addition to the Surveyor's review the services of a City Engineer
are.required to make required certifications that maps conform to the require-
ments of local ordinances,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Dublin City Council hereby designates
the County Surveyor as the City Engineer for the City of Dublin for the
purposes of tract and parcel map review until such time that the City terminates
its agreement with the County of Alameda for examination of Tract maps and
parcel maps.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 1982, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burton, Hegarty, Jeffery, Moffatt and Mayor Snyder
NOES: Councilmembers None
ABSENT: Councilmembers None
