A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF
PLANNING DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, the Dublin City Council has determined that planning services
within the City of Dublin should be provided by City Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Dublin .City Council has determined that the employment
of a Planning Director will best facilitate the provision of Planning
Services; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Director will function under the direction of
the City Manager in the performance of his/her planning responsibilities;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Dublin City Council establishes
the position of Planning Director. The salary and benefits for this posi-
tion are as follows:
1. Salary
2. Car Allowance
3. Health and Dental Benefits
4. Annual Leave
5. Retirement
- $32,400 per annum
- $150 per month
- City will provide full family coverage
with the plan to be approved by the
Uity Council.
- 22 days for vacation, illness or any
other reason without carryover of
unused leave from one year to the next.
- Coverage under the Public Employee's
Retirement System, with employer-
employee costs to be shared in the
customary manner provided by PERS.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this24Chday of May, 1982, by the following
vote:

Councilmembers Burton, Hegarty, Jeffery, Moffatt and Mayor Snyder
