A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT - PLANNING DIRECTOR LAURENCE TONG
WHEREAS, Section 6 C of Ordinance No. 7 empowers the City Manager to
appoint department heads with approval of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, on May 24, 1982, the City Manager recommended that the City
Council approve his appointment of Laurence Tong as the City's Planning
Director; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs with the recommendation of the
City Manager,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the appointment of Laurence Tong as
Planning Director for the City of Dublin is hereby approved by the City
Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, 1982, by the following vote:
