A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
PRESCRIBING TIME AND METHOD
OF PAYING SALARIES AND WAGES
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 37206 requires that the Council
shall prescribe the time and method of paying salaries and wages of
officers and employees; now therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin that officers
and employees shall be paid by a warrant issued monthly by the City Clerk
on the first working day of each month for the previous month's work except
that any employee who leaves employment may be paid on the day his employment
ends.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 1982, by the
following vote:
