A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
SELECTING BANK AND PROVIDING FOR
AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES ON WARRANTS AND CHECKS
WHEREAS, the City Council has solicited proposals for
banking services from various banks within the City of Dublin; and
WHEREAS, Section 37203 of the Government Code provides
that the City Council may designate those officials who may sign
the warrants and checks of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolutions 9-82
and 10-82 respectively pertaining to the method of paying salaries
and wages and authorizing procedure for approval of demands;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Dublin that Central Bank, 7660 Amador Valley Boulevard,
Dublin, California, is appointed as the bank for the City of
Dublin; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City shall
sign all warrants upon the City Treasurer and the City Clerk shall
countersign all warrants; in addition, the Mayor and the City Clerk
shall sign all checks drawn upon said bank, except payroll checks
may be signed by the City Clerk only.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March,
1982, by the following vote:
AYES: Cm. Burton, Hegarty, Jeffery, Moffatt and Mayor Snyder
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
