A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPOINTING THE CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin was incorporated on February 1, 1982,
as a general law city of the State of California, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the efficient operation of the
affairs of the City that the City Council appoint a City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Dublin DOES
RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. Michael R. Nave is hereby appointed as City Attorney
to serve at the pleasure of the City Council.
SECTION 2. The City Attorney shall receive as compensation for
legal services rendered the sum of $75 per hour and shall be reimbursed
necessary expenses as set forth in a contract to be executed between
the City and the City Attorney subsequent to the date hereof.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1st day of February, 1982, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Burton, Hegarty, Jeffe.ry, Moffatt, and Mayor Snyder.
