A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN

REPORT OF CONFORMITY WITH THE ADOPTED GENERAL PLAN
FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS IN THE 2008-2013 CITY OF DUBLIN
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (CIP),
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin has completed a 2008-2013 Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
outlining major infrastructure improvements through Fiscal Year 2013; and
WHEREAS, Sections 65401 and 65402 (a) of the Government Code requires that plans for major
public works for the ensuing fiscal year be submitted to the Planning Commission for review as to
conformance with the adopted City of Dublin General Plan; and
WHEREAS, this application is exempt from environmental r-.view under State law; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did review and consider the draft document and heard
recommendations at a public meeting on June 24, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Dublin Planning Commission does hereby
find that those major public works projects covered by the adopted General Plan and proposed within the
2008-2013 CIP of the City of Dublin comply with the General Plan as adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Resolution shall be submitted to the City Council in
accordance with the Government Code.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24d' day of June 2003 by the following vote:
