RECOMMENDATION: /J j ~ Designate Mayor Lockhart and Vice Mayor Sbranti as the City's
/ ~ ~ representatives to discuss conditions of employment, including
salary and fringe benefits, for the City Manager.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: This item provides for the designation of two members of the City
Council as the City's representatives to discuss conditions of employment, including salary and fringe
benefits, for the City Manager.
Last year's designated team was Mayor Lockhart and Councilmember Oravetz. Mayor Lockhart is
recommending the appointment of Vice Mayor Sbranti and herself to serve as the City's representatives to
negotiate with the City Manager.
RECOMMENDATION:
Designate Mayor Lockhart and Vice Mayor Sbranti as the City's representatives to discuss conditions of
employment, including salary and fringe benefits, for the City Mamger.
