January 9, 2001, in the Dublin Civic Center City Council Chambers. Community
Development Director Eddie Peabody explained that he would serve as Chairperson
and called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners, dennings, Johnson, Musser; Mr. Nassar, and Mr. Fasulkey;
Eddie Peabody Jr., Community Development Director; Kay Keck, City Clerk; and Maria
Carrasco, Recording Secretary.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
Mr. Peabody led the Commission, Staff, and those present in the pledge of allegiance to
the flag.

Reorganization of Planning Commissioners - Election of Chairperson and Vice
Chairperson
Mr. Peabody introduced the City Clerk, Kay Keck. He explained that Ms. Keck is here
to swear in the newly appointed Commissioners.
Oath of Officers: Kay Keck, City Clerk, swore in Mr. Nassar, Cm. Jennings, Cm.
Musser, and Mr. Fasulkey as Planning Commissioners. She informed the new
Commissioners of their duties and responsibilities and handed out forms for them to
sign.
Ms. Keck welcomed the newly appointed Commissioners.

Mr. Peabody thanked Ms. Keck.
Mr. Peabody presented Cm. Jennings with an honorary plaque to recognize her tenure
as Planning Commissioner Chairperson for 1997 -1999.
Election of Officers: Mr. Peabody acted as Chairperson to take nominations for
Planning Commissioner Chairperson.
Cm. Jennings nominated Cm. Johnson for Chairperson of the Planning Commission.
With a unanimous vote of 5-0, Cm. Johnson was appointed to Chairperson.
Cm. Johnson asked for nominations for Planning Commissioner Vice-Chairperson
Cm. Jennings nominated Cm. Musser as Vice Chair of the Planning Commission.
With a unanimous vote of 5-0, Cm. Musser was appointed to Vice-Chairpersom
Cm. Johnson asked if any Staff members attended the Fish and Game meeting?
Mr. Peabody said yes, Anne Kinney and Cm. Zika attended the meeting.
Cm. Johnson welcomed the newly sworn in Planning Commission
PUBLIC HEARING - None
NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Mr. Peabody discussed the upcoming schedule and the Planner's Institute Conference.
ADOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
