AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHA. PTER 2 OF TITLE 8 OF THE ALAMEDA COUNTY
ORI~NANCE ~ODErRELATING TO ZONING
The Board of Supervisors of t.he County of Alameda, State of California, (Jo ordain as follows:
SECTION I
Chapter 2 of Title 8 of the Alameda County Ordinance Code is h araby amended in the following manna[:
A 9.38 acre site located at 6900 Dublin Boulevard, 200 feet west of the intersection with Sierra Court,
Dublin, unincorporated Alameda County, bearing County Assessor's Designation: Map 941, Block 1400,
Parcel 2*4 and Block 1401, Parcet 14-1, as shown on the map labelled

hereby rezoned to the~4~an~ed Development) Di~t~i~ a~i~g c-o (Administrative Office) Distr[c~~
u~e~ e~d th ~ fbllowlCi~ ~dditional uses s[~biect to the C-O District regulations: (a) health/racqu etbaJ~ club, (b)
gymnasium, {c) sit.down restaurant, (d) other commercial usos allowed in the C- 1 Di$1rict where such uses
are determined to be of similar intensity as and compatible witl~ C-O uses, (e) compact parking spaces. A
map of the Unit is as follows:
This Ordinance shall take effect and-be in force thirty (30) days from and afler the date of its passage and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be published once with the names of the
members voting for and against the same in The Inter-City Express, a newspaper published in the said
County of Alameda,
Adopted by the 'Board of Supervisors of the County of Alameda, State of California, on September 3,
1981, by the following called vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cooper, Excell, Santana and Chairman Bert -- 4.
NOES: None.
EXCUSED: Supervisor George -- 1.
