AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF TITLE 8
OF THE ALAMEDA COUNTY ORDINANCE CODE
RELATING TO ZONING
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Alameda, State of California, do ordain
as follows:
SECTION I
Chapter 2 of Title 8 of the Alameda County Ordinance Code is hereby amended in
the following manner:
One pared and a portion of another parcel, comprising 8.4 acres, located at
11711 and 11727 Dublin Boulevard, south side, bounded southerly by Interstate
580, Dublin, unincorporated Alameda County; bearing .County Assessor's
Designation: Map 941, Block 1570, Parcels 2-2, portion 9-1; as shown on the
map labellec]?'Exhibit A, 1432nd Z. oning Unit, dated January 7, 1980;" on file
with the ~dameda County Planmng Commission at 399 Elmhurst Street,
Hayward, California, are hereby rezoned from the M-I-B-40 (Light Indus-
trial, 40,000 sq. ft. m.b.s.a.) District to the PD (Planned Development)
District allowing the following:
C-0 District uses subject to C-0 District regulations except:
a. Any restaurant use shall be a Conditional Use, and such use may
include that specified by the State of California Alcoholic
Beverage Control Department as an non-sale general eating
place" but otherwise shall exclude serving customers at counters,
and food sold is to be consumed at tables on the premises.
b. A pharmacy shall be permitted as a Conditi(mal Use only if
sO.p.e~ed in conjunction with a hospital or if the majority of the
itc is committed to medical and dental offices.
As a Conditional Use, a research or development laboratory may
include a~an incidental and subordinate use light manufacturing
ar/~assembly.
d. A bank is a Conditional Use.
There shall be no limit on ground' coverage other than that
resulting from prescribed yards;
with the requirement that:
Accompanying the submission of a site plan the petitioner shall
submit for approval a topogaphy map of subject parcels with the
l¢oation, dimensions and identification of existing trees over 6"
in 'diam eter.
All trees over 12" in diameter shall be preserved as an integral
part of the landscaping and development of these properties.

SECTION II
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after the
date of its passage and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall
be published once with the names of the members voting for and against the same in
