RESOLUTION NO. 11015 : At meeting held November 18, 1974

Introduced by Commission Jack Holland, Jr.
Seconded by Commissioner John P. Gardella
WHEREAS this Commission has heard the appeal of BLAZE, INC.,
from the decisIon of the Planning Director In disapproving two proposed
freestanding sIgns for the Dublin Plaza shoppIng center In Dublin; and
WHEREAS the proposed sIgns exceed the limits allowed by the
adopted DublIn RegIonal Center DesIgn Polley; and
WHEREAS the type of sIgn proposed does not appear necessary to
provIde business IdentIfication for the minor tenants of the shopping center;
and
WHEREAS approval of the prop'osed signs would establish an
undesIrable precedent: Now Therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the appeal of BLAZE, INC., Is hereby denIed.

AYES: CommissIoners Carpenter, Gardella, Holland, Kauffman, Rusteika, Zeno
and Chairman Enos.
