GENERAL INFORMATION:
PROJECT:
Conditional Use Permit request to add a proposed
beauty shop, gift shop, offices, dance floor,
retail sales and auction activities within the
existing building
BACKGROUND:
Due to recent unforeseen circumstances, the Police Department was unable to .
provide comments to the Planning Staff in time for review and analysis ~his ..~,
application. Given the inclusion of dancing and temporary/short-term1retail
sales and aucti.'tl1S 85 ;] major part of this appl:'cu~ion, Sta~f bc~;'~vas it is
important to obtain their comments and concerr~ prior to recomme~ding -an
appropriate &ction for the Commission to consider. Since their comments would
likely include suggested conditions, the Commission may wish to consider them
in their review of the application.
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission continue this application to the
February 21, 1989 Planning Commission Meeting.
