The Applicant contacted Staff on March 16, 1989 stating that they were
unable to arrange suitable property lease terms for the subject site.
Additionally, they were not able to receive a license by the State Department
of Social Services. These two items have prevented them from continuing with
this application. The Applicant, Patrick Hagen, indicated a formal leter of
withdrawal would be submitted. The Applicant's communications to Staff
desiring a withdrawal occurred after the required legal notice was made. A
written statement has not been received for consideration and acceptance by
the Commission.
Staff recommends this item be continued to its next regular meeting of
April 3, 1989 to allow the Applicant time to submit a written withdrawal.
