AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
The City Council of the City of Dublin does ordain as follows:
Section 1. PASSENGER LOADING ZONES:
Article 11, relating to "Passenger Loading Zones," of the Alameda
County Ordinance Code previously adopted by the City of Dublin is amended as
follows:
Section 6-445.24, (added per City of Dublin Ordinance 11-83), is
repealed.
Section 2. BUS STOPS:
Article 12, relating to "Bus Stops," of the Alameda County Ordinance
Code previously adopted by the City of Dublin is amended by the revision of
Section 6-478.41 Dublin Boulevard as follows:
Section 6-478.41 Dublin Boulevard: On the southerly curbline from
the easterly curbline of Regional Street, easterly a distance of
150 feet.
Section 3. NO PARKING
Article 7, relating to "No Parking Zones" of the Alameda County
Ordinance Code previously adopted by the City of Dublin is amended by the
revision of Section 6-217.15 (added per City of Dublin Ordinance 9-85), to
read as follows:
Section 6-217.15 Dublin Boulevard: On the northerly curbltne from
the easterly curbline of Regional Street, easterly a distance of
260 feet.
Section 4. IMMEDIATE EFFECT:
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
enactment because the adoption and immediate effect thereof is necessary in
order to protect vehicular and pedestrian safety.
Section 5. POSTING OF ORDINANCE:
The City Clerk of the City of Dublin shall cause this Ordinance to be
posted in at least three (3) public places in the City of Dublin in
accordance with Section 36933 of the Government Code of the State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the Git'y of Dublin on this
9th day of November, 1987.
