AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
The City Council of the City of Dublin does ordain as follows:
SeCtion 1. BUS STOPS:
Article 12, relating to "Bus Stops," of the Alameda County
Ordinance Code previously adopted by the City of Dublin is amended by the addition of
Section 6-478.44 to read:
6-478.44 Dublin Boulevard: On the northerly curbline, from a point
150 feet east of the easterly curbline of Sierra Court, easterly a distance of 75
feet; on the southerly curbline, from the easterly curbline of Sierra Court, easterly
a distance of 75 feet.
Section 2. IMMEDIATE EFFECT:
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
from and after the date of its passage.
Section 3. POSTING OF ORDINANCE:
The City Clerk of the City of Dublin shall cause this Ordinance to
be posted in at least three (3) public places in the City of Dublin in accordance
with Section 36933 of the Government Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Dublin on this 22nd
day of June, 1987.
