A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ACCEPTING AGREEMENTS FOR THE GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENTS
AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS FOR THE
VILLAGE PARKWAY WALL PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZING THE RECORDATION OF EXECUTED AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin has agreed to construct,
maintain and landscape a concrete or stone-type wall at the City's
sole expeDse on certain parcels of real property bordering Village
ParKway; and
WHEREAS, various owners of said parcels of real property
have each executed an agreement granting the City of Duolin a
permanent easement and a temporary construction easement in order
that the City may construct and maintain said wall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Dublin does hereby accept each executed Agreement for
the Grant of a Permanent Easement and Temporary Construction
Easement for the Village Parkway Wall Project, and the City
Engineer is hereby authorized to record each executed Agreement as
each Agreement is received by the City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1984.
