A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 28-84
WHEREAS, on March 12, 1984 the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 28-84 which approved the amendment to the
ACTEB/ACAP Joint Powers Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BT IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Dublin does hereby rescind Resolution No. 28-84
heretofore adopted on March 12, 1984.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March,
1984.
