RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
SUBDIVISION 4719 - EASEMENT INDENTURE OVER
SOUTHERN PACIFIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, as part of the drainage improvements of Tract 4719, two
storm drain lines are to be constructed across the Southern Pacific right-
of-way as those pipes carry subdivision storm runoff across the railroad
tracks; and
WHEREAS, the developer will be installing these improvements and
when accepted by the City of Dublin, will become the maintenance respon-
sibility of the City; and
WHEREAS, the developer will be required to provide all costs of
obtaining the easement indenture to construct and maintain the pipes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign this indenture for the City of Dublin.
