A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
DECLARING JANUARY 22, 1984 AS THE DAY OF
"THE DUBLIN RUN"
WHEREAS, the second Annuual "Dublin Run" will be held
at 9:00 am on January 22, 1984; and
WHEREAS, this event is being sponsored by the Dublin
High School and co - sponsoring by the Dublin Rotary Club~ and
WHEREAS, the proceeds from this event will go to the
Dublin High School Track fund; and
WHEREAS, the Dublin City Council recognizes this event
as one which promotes Dublin and contributes to the physical well
being of people of all ages.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Dublin City Council
wishes to commend Dublin High School and the Dublin Rotary Club in
promoting this event. Furthermore, the Dublin City Council hereby
declares January 22, 1984 as the day of "The Dublin Run"
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January,
1984.
