AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ADOPTING THE CITY OF DUBLIN TRAFFIC CODE
Section 1. The City Council hereby adopts the City of Dublin
Traffic Code to read as fo].lows:

Right Turns Prohibited or Restricted
Amador Valley Boulevard and Donohue Drive' No person traveling west or
eastbound on Amador Valley Boulevard shall turn a vehicle within the
intersection of Amador Valley Boulevard and Donohue Drive against a red
traffic control signal.

U-Turn at Signalized Intersection Permitted
Amador Valley Boulevard and San Ramon Road: Turning a westbound vehicle so
as to proceed in the opposite direction shall be permitted on Amador Valley
Boulevard at its intersection with San Ramon Road by vehicles entering said
intersection while traveling westbound in the most'southerly westbound
traffic lane of Amador Valley Boulevard.
Amador Valley Boulevard and Village Parkway: Turning a vehicle so as to
proceed in the opposite direction shall be permitted on Amador Valley
Boulevard at its intersection with Village Parkway and shall ~be permitted on
Village Parkway at its intersection with Amador Valley Boulevard.
Dougherty Road and Dublin Boulevard and Scarlett Court- Turning a vehicle so
as to proceed in the opposite direction shall be permitted on Dublin
Boulevard at its intersection with Dougherty Road, west approach only.
Dublin Boulevard at Regional Street' Turning a vehicle so as to proceed in
the opposite direction shall be permitted on Dublin Boulevard at its
intersection with Regional Street.
San Ramon Road and Amador Valley Boulevard' Turning a vehicle so as to
proceed in the opposite direction shall be permitted on San Ramon Road at its
intersection with Amador Valley Boulevard.
San Ramon Road and Dublin Boulevard: Turning a southbound vehicle so as to
proceed in the opposite direction Shall be permitted on San Ramon Road at its
intersection with Dublin Boulevard and turning a vehicle so as to proceed in
the opposite direction shall be permitted on Dublin Boulevard at its
intersection with San Ramon Road.

No person shall park or leave standing on any City street or portion thereof,

having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or more
or any unattended commercially licensed auxiliary dolly or trailer.
Exceptions: The two (2) hour limitation on parking shall not apply to the
parking of such vehicles for the purpose of delivery to or from any building
or structure located within the City, or, for the purpose of delivering
materials to be used in the repair, remodeling, or construction of any such
building or structure for which a building permit has been obtained.
