A special meeting of the Dublin City Council was held on Wednesday, August 31, 2005,
in the Council Chambers of the Dublin Civic Center. The meeting was called to order at
5:34 p.m., by Mayor Lockhart.

ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmembers Hildenbrand, McCormick, Oravetz and Zika,
and Mayor Lockhart.
ABSENT: None.
CWSED SESSION
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION:
Exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9, subdivision b(l)
(two potential cases): Police response to call for service on 3000 block of Innisbrook
Lane on August 11,2005.
REPORT OF CWSED SESSION ACTION
Mayor Lockhart announced that there was no action taken.

There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned
at 6:20 p.m. The regular meeting of September 6,2005, being cancelled, the next
regular City Council meeting would be held esday, Septem 20,2005
