FINANCIAL ST A TRMENT:
There are no financial impacts associated with the presentation.
DESCRIPTION: The Public Works Director will make a PowerPoint Prescntation at
the meeting as part of the monthly departmental information program. This presentation is intended to
update thc City Council on the progress that Staff has made in implementing the Capital Improvement
Program and certain operational objectives. The presentation will highlight projects completcd, projects
under construction, and projects on the horizon for the Public Works Department.
Staff recommends that the City Council receive and accept the presentation, and provide any comments.
