DESCRIPTION: The City obtains General Liability Insurance through a pooled risk
sharing arrangement offered by the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) PLAN, Corporation.
Mr. Marcus Beverly the Plans Risk Manager has prepared an presentation this evening that will cover the
following:
}- Review of ABAG PLAN, Corporation - Background and statement of member benefits.
}- Review of ABAG PLAN, Corporation - FY 2005-2006 Risk Management Program Elements
;¡. Review of City of Dublin's success in meeting the Plans Risk Management standard
Staff recommends that the Council receive the oral presentation from the ABAG PLAN, Corporation.
