DESCRIPTION: The Community Development Department has prepared a
presentation on the current development in thc City.
During the last year, single-fiunily construction has been very active. Current single-family projects under
construction arc: Pinn Brothers on the intersection of Fallon Road and Tassajara Road, Greenhriar Phase
III on Tassajara Road, Pulte Homes on the intersection of Grafton and Gleason, Starward Row on
Starward Drive and the completion of Toll Brothers' Inverness, Tumberry, S1. Andrews II and Muirfield
projects along Fal10n Road,
The new multi-fiunily project called The Groves at Dublin Ranch (formerly Fairway Ranch) is under
construction. Construction for the Scnior Housing by Eden Housing is almost complete. Another multi-
family project also is Élan at Dublin Station by D.R. Horton which recently startcd construction.
In the Commercial/Office and mixed-use category, the City has several new projccts which have been
rccently approved or arc under construction. The projects include the Ulferts pmject in the Kol1 Center,
Medical Center in the Koll Center, Trumark Commercial Center on Dublin Boulevard, Palace Auto on
Dougherty Road, Pinn Brothcrs-Tralee on Dublin Boulevard and Braddock & Logan-A1costa on San
Ramon Road.
RECOMMENDA nON:
StaffrecOlmnends that the City Council receive and accept the presentation from the Community
Development Dcpartment.
