FINANCIAL STATEMENT:
None
DESCRIPTION:
The Community Development Department has received an unsolicited donation of used office furniturc,
including: 2 office desks, 2 file cabinets, 3 chairs, 1 side table and I typewriter stand. The furniturc is a
donation ITom Dan Plute, president of Procurement Services Associates and will be used to furnish the
Building Inspectors' trailer.
Per Government Code Section 37354, it is recommended that all gifts and contributions be formally
accepted by the City Council. Therefore, it is the recommendation of Staff that the City Council accept the
donation and direct Staffto prepare a formal acknowJedgment to the donor.
