HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 13-91 Rez Donohue/AVB ORDINANCE NO. 13 - 91 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE REZONING OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED.AT'7494 DONOHUE DRIVE AND 7601 AMADOR VALLEY BOULEVARD (PORTION) The City Council of the City of Dublin does ordain as follows: Section 1 Chapter 2 of Title 8 of the Dublin Ordinance Code is hereby amended in the following manner: Combined parcels fronting on Donohue Drive containing approximately .658 acres located at 7494 Donohue Drive, more specifically described as Assessor's Parcel NUmber 941-173-1-2, from the R-S-D-20 (Suburban Residential Combining) District to the C-1 (Retail Business) District; and a portion of the parcel at 7601Amador Valley Boulevard contained within Assessor's Parcel Number 941-173-1-6, more specifically described by the legal description shown on Attachment lA, from the PD (Planned Development) District to the C-1 (Retail Business) District. A Map depicting the rezoning area is outlined below: -D-20i 5-D-3 /' .°~ C-1 Section 2 This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30) days from and after its passage. Before the expiration of fifteen(15) days after its passage, it shall be published once, with the names of the Councilmembers voting for and against the same, in a local newspaper published in Alameda County and available in the City of Dublin.
