AN ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ESTABLISHING A 15-MINUTE PARKING ZONE ON THE WESTERLY SIDE
OF BRIGHTON DRIVE, NORTHERLY OF AMADOR VALLEY BOULEVARD
The CitY Council of the City of Dublin does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 6.04.250(D) ofthe Dublin Municipal Code, and in the interest
of public safety, a Limited (15-Minute) Parking Zone indicated by green curb shall be established on the
westerly curbline of Brighton Drive, northerly of the north curbline of Amador Valley Boulevard, a
distance of 80 feet. Said Limited Parking Zone shall be effective Monday through Friday from the hour
of 6:00 a.m. until the hour of 7:00 p.m.
Section 2.
Traffic Code.
Said Limited Parking Zone shall be added to Section 6.32.097 of the City of Dublin
Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE AND POSTING OF ORDINANCE: This Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after the date of its passage. The City Clerk of the
City of Dublin shall cause this Ordinance to be posted in at least three (3) public places in the City of
Dublin in accordance with Section 36933 of the Government Code of the State of California.
