AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ESTABLISHING A BUS STOP ON THE WESTERLY
SIDE OF VILLAGE PARKWAY
SOUTHERLY OF THE DRIVEWAY OPPOSITE LEWIS AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Dublin does ordain as follows:
Section 1: Pursuant to City of Dublin Municipal Code Section 6.04.290(A), and in the interest of
public convenience and safety, a bus stop shall be established on the westerly side of Village Parkway,
from a point fifty-eight (58) feet southerly of the southerly edge of the driveway into 7000 Village
Parkway, southerly a distance of sixty (60) feet.
Section 2: Said bus stop shall be added to Section 6.44 ofthe City of Dublin Traffic Code.
Section 3' This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after its final passage and adoption by the City
Council. The City Clerk of the City of Dublin shall cause this ordinance to be posted in at least three (3)
public places in the City of Dublin in accordance with Section 36933 of the Government Code of the State
of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 1996.
