RESOLUTION NO. 132 -86
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN

ACCEPTING FOR THE PUBLIC AN EASEMENT DEED
FOR BUS STOP PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Great Western Savings is required by Site Development
Review Conditions of Approval to grant an easement to the City of Dublin for
bus stop purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City of Dnblin receives a benefit from this
easement;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Dublin does hereby accept this easement deed from Great Western Savings for
bus stop purposes and authorizes the City Clerk to record same.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 24th day of November, 1986.
