A Regular Meeting of the Senior Center Advisory Committee was held on Thursday,
October 6, 2022, at the Dublin Senior Center. The meeting was called to order at 9:34
AM, by Committee Chair Samir Qureshi.

3.1 Approval of the September 1, 2022, Senior Center Advisory Committee
Regular Meeting Minutes
The Committee approved the Consent Calendar.

5. New Business
5.1 Senior Center Holiday Boutique The Committee received a presentation about the Dublin Senior Center
Holiday Boutique. No action was taken.

5.2 Review of Senior Center Advisory Committee Bylaws and Rules of
Procedure , Article VI, Section 1
The Committee reviewed Article VI, Section 1, of the Senior Center
Advisory Committee Bylaws and Rules of Procedure to consider a change
in meeting frequency from at least one time per month, to at least four
times per year.
Motion: Recommend to City Council, an amendment to Article VI, Section
1 in the Senior Center Advisory Committee Bylaws and Rules of
Procedures, to update a change in meeting frequency from at least on time
per month to at least four times per year.
RESULTS: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

Staff and Committee Members gave updates on various projects.
