AUGUST 22, 2023
A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, August
22, 2023. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Commission Chair Tyler.

6.1 Enlight Academy Private School Conditional Use Permit (PLPA-2023-00022)
Anne Hersch, Assistant Community Development Director, introduced Allison Schuster,
Assistant Planner.
Allison Schuster, Assistant Planner, gave a presentation.
The Planning Commission asked clarifying questions and provided comments.
Commissioner Chair Tyler opened the public hearing.
Upon receiving no public comment, Commission Chair Tyler closed the Public Hearing.
On a motion by Commissioner Aini, seconded by Commissioner Thalblum and by
unanimous vote, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 23-06 “Approving a
Conditional Use Permit for a Private School at 7500 Amarillo Road (APN 941-0101-003-
03) PLPA-2023-00022.”
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]
