ORAL COMMUNICATION - At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Planning Commission on any item(s) of interest to the public; hawever, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any item, which is NOT on the Planning Commission Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to statements made or questions posed, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Planning Commission may direct Staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Planning Manager (no later than 11:00 a.m., on the Tuesday preceding a regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting 7. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS 7.1 Goals & Objectives Update 7.2 The Streetscape Master Plan, which provides a framework for designing future landscape and hardscape improvements throughout the City of Dublin, shall be reviewed and considered by the Planning Commission for referral to the City Council. 8. PUBLIC HEARINGS 8.1 PA 03-073 Dublin Honda Used Cars Second Temporary I8-month extension to an existing Conditional Use Permit - Second temporary I8-month extension to an existing Conditional Use Permit for an automobile sales establishment in a C-2 (General Commercial zoning district. 8.2 P A 05-023 Amendment to Master Development Agreement between the City of Dublin and the Lin Family for the Dublin Ranch Project Areas A-H and Wallis Ranch - An Ordinance amending a Development Agreement between the City of Dublin and the Ling Family. The Development Agreement is required by the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan. Items included in the Development Agreement include, but are not limited to, the financing and timing of infrastructure; payment of traffic, noise, and public facilities impact fees; improvements of roads and general provisions. 8.3 P A 05-033 Dublin BoulevardfFallon Road Ultimate Right-of-Way Alignment - To establish an ultimate right-of-way alignment for the future right-of-way for Dublin Boulevard (between Keegan Street and Fallon Road) and for Fallon Road (between Bent Tree and Interstate 580) within the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan Area pursuant to Dublin Municipal Code Chapter 7.68. 9.
