MARCH 08, 2022
A Regular Meeting of the Dublin Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, April 12,
2022. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Commission Chair Grier.

8.1 Study Session: Inspiration Drive Memory Care and Assisted Living Projects
(PLPA-2020-00044 and PLPA-2020-00045)
Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, introduced Amy Million,
Principal Planner.
Amy Million, Principal Planner, provided a presentation and responded to questions.
Steve Ring, Applicant with Fulcrum Development, provided a presentation and
responded to questions.
Aaron Clark, project architect with Lenity Architecture, provided a presentation and
responded to questions.
John Dalrymple provided public comment.
Ramon Narayanan provided public comment.
The Planning Commission asked questions and provided comments.
9. Other Business
Kristie Wheeler, Assistant Community Development Director, informed the Planning
Commissioners that the next meeting is on April 26, 2022 , and that there are at least
two items on the agenda and she is waiting to confirm the third item. She also said that
the draft Housing Element will be available on Friday, April 15 for public review and she
will be sending the Planning Commission a link to the document. Ms. Wheeler informed
the Commissioners that Staff has changed the schedule to send out the Planning

Commission packet a day earlier. She also told the Planning Commissioners that Staff
will be providing requested training at an upcoming meeting in May and it is hoped that
a new Alternate Commissioner will be on board by then.
10. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned by Commission Chairperson Grier at 9:30 p.m.
